Message I want all members to know what you're dealing with when you call this vendor. This isn't the first time Z1 has mismanaged my orders.

On April 01, I placed a $1,000+ order with ROD SUMMERS at Z1 Motorsports. ROD SUMMERS verified the product was in stock and committed that the products would ship that day, Friday with a promise of 1-3 day delivery.

Friday, I received an email but no tracking number. I made a reservation to take my car to the Body shop this Wednesday for paint and install. I rented a vehicle based on ROD SUMMERS commitment. I tried calling ROD SUMMERS for tracking info but he was unavailable.

4/4 Monday, called again for ROD SUMMERS, not available. I emailed him Monday, no response.

4/5 Called Tuesday, ROD SUMMERS said he never received the email so I resent it and he returned that email today. ROD SUMMERS then informed me the order would now ship next Friday.

This screws up all my plans. It reminds of when Z1 sold me 6 injectors but did not include the o-rings I paid for. Turned a 6 hr job into 10 days. I was so pissed, I didn't order anything from Z1 for over two years after that.

Management at Z1 has been informed.

In closing - I believe ROD SUMMERS was in such a hurry to make a sale that he just flat stated a mistruth in order to make the sale.

For the first time, I will be leaving a negative review on the Boards for Z1 citing ROD SUMMERS as a my reason.

Very disappointed how this worked out with Z1.
